What the monthly rate includes
The rate covers everything needed to keep an engineer productive on your project.

Fixed-price projects
For a defined scope such as an MVP, a website or an internal system we quote a fixed price after a free discovery call. The quote lists deliverables, milestones, timeline and a warranty period. Changes outside the scope are estimated separately before any work starts.
Billing and terms
Dedicated teams are billed monthly in advance, in JPY, USD or INR. The minimum engagement is one engineer for three months, then month to month with 30 days notice to scale up or down. Fixed-price projects are billed per milestone.

No. The monthly rate is the only charge for dedicated engineers. Recruiting, onboarding and equipment are included.
Can we start with one engineer?
Yes. Many clients start with one or two engineers and grow the team after the first quarter.
Do rates change during the contract?
Rates are fixed for the contract term. Annual reviews are agreed in writing in advance.
What currency do you invoice in?
JPY, USD or INR, whichever you prefer. Bank transfer or card.
